Aptissimi Development Innovations, Inc. (ADII) is a non-stock, non-profit organization organized in 2009 by a group of five development managers who shared the goal of “a better Philippines”.

Aptissimi, which is latin for “the best of the best”, embodies the organization’s thrust of achieving the highest excellence in all its engagements. Its primary organizational objectives are to contribute to the development of the Filipino people through various innovative development solutions and interventions as well as to the creation of knowledge for development.

ADII has a proven track record of helping organizations specially those who work with communities, come up with innovative solutions and ideas to address their development challenges and that have been implemented.

ADII works with government agencies, NGOs, and private sector groups. The collective experiences of the five incorporators exude the richness of their development experiences in their respective fields. ADII has expanded its work to include multilateral and bilateral agencies as its clients as it continues to live up to its commitment to delivering the best results

1. To contribute to the development of the Filipino people through various innovative development interventions; and,

2. To contribute to the creation of knowledge for development. These two objectives are pursued through the following activities:

  • Conduct of various development researches such as project and program assessments, organizational diagnosis and development, formulation of development plans (area, sector and community), organizational studies, policy formulation and review, feasibility studies and competitiveness studies;
  • Design and management of responsive and strategic training programs and capacity-building initiatives;
  • Design, management, facilitation and documentation of workshops, conferences and other development events;
  • Incubation of innovative development solutions that result in visible and sustainable outcomes and impacts;
  • Capacity development for institutions in the areas of resource sourcing, environment, social enterprise, project and program development cycle, communications for development
  • Social Marketing Plans for social and behavioral change
  • Development of Communication plans and materials and events management
